§ 1-3. Boundaries.

The boundaries of the town shall be as established by Chapter 78 of the Acts of Assembly of 1916, approved February 29, 1916, and as amended by Orders of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Case No. CH00-000297, entered on November 8, 2000, and Case No. CL09-001547, entered on December 28, 2009, respectively, with the latter two orders of record in the clerk's office for the Circuit Court of Tazewell County.
