§ 2-1. Voting precinct.

(a)

The entire town shall be one (1) voting precinct. The voting place for the town shall be held at Tazewell County Nuckolls Hall.

(b)

Eligible voters residing in the town and who are registered to vote in the town shall vote at the town hall.
